Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your order, however should you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by email at
sarah@cotswoldtablescapes.com. Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in showroom condition with any original tags. You are responsible for the arrangement and cost of return shipping and delivery with the exception of damaged items. We strongly advise using a tracked postage service with insurance as we cannot offer refunds for any items that fail to reach us. We reserve the right to return any of the merchandise that does not meet Cotswold Tablescapes return requirements. All products purchased on sale or seconds items are non returnable.
We will process a refund to your original payment method as soon as we receive your parcel. Please note that this can take up to 5-7 working days to reach your account.
Faulty Items
Should your item arrive faulty, please do notify us within 24 hours, and we will look to remediate the issue as soon as possible. If your item is damaged, please ensure to take photos of the box. Please note that all our products are handmade and as such there are always slight variations in the prints & colours.
